  1. Wash all fresh produce thoroughly. Chop cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and herbs into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and oregano in a bowl for marinade. Coat chicken in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken on medium heat for approximately 6-7 minutes per side until cooked and golden brown. Slice into strips.
